This is not an exhaustive list of the many features included in Youth Track 6.0.  We tried to pick out the highlights.  If there is a feature not listed and you need to know if Youth Track 6.0 has this feature, please click the Contact Us link to ask your question(s).

• Youth Track runs on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.  There is one limitation if any of these operating systems are 64-bit instead of 32-bit.  The Import feature is the only feature that will not run if running the 64-bit version of any of these Windows products.

• Youth Track allows you to record important information in easy to locate tabbed screens such as General (multiple addresses, multiple phone numbers, multiple e-mail addresses (including multiple IM and web-site addresses), Events  such as Baptism, Anniversaries, Graduation, etc., Contacts (how many times and by whom a student was contacted), Attributes (talents, gifts, etc.), Interests, Accounts (example: fund raiser accounts), Employment, Medical which includes medicine, doctor, and emergency contacts, Pictures (by year), and date/time stamped Notes.  Also, over 30 User-Defined fields exist to use for whatever purpose you need for tracking purposes.

• The same screen exists for Youth and Children and Adult and College Age Students.  All records are setup as individuals (both adult and youth) and then you can assocate these individual records with Family Records.  Youth Track could be called Youth AND Family Track because of the family tracking included.

• Tracking class attendance is now much easier with Youth Track. You can even print out reports that will notify you of those who have been absent or who have been visiting. Extra check-box fields are available for you to customize for your attendance tracking needs. Track attendees who brought their Bible to class or who brought a friend, etc.

• Use the Response Center to send a response to those who haven't attended class based on criteria you setup, birthday's, anniversaries, visitors, and those that contribute to fund raisers.  There are four different ways you can response.  You can send an e-amil, print letters, address labels (for pre-made cards), and a phone list in case you want to make a phone call as your form of response.

• You can also use the barcode system within Youth Track to automate your attendance.

• Track your event registration and balances by the event or by the student for all up-coming events.  Print Sign-up, Check-in, Balance sheets, etc. to help with the administrative end of managing the event.  You can also setup User Fields for additional items you would like to track such as T-Shirt Sizes, Room Assignments, etc.

• Setup Leadership and Membership Teams in Youth Track.

• Use the Contact Scheduler to schedule meetings and visitation to students and/or families.

• Youth Track includes an Equipment Scheduler to provide a way to schedule equipment for a specific date.  This works great when a church has multiple vans for transportation.  The Equipment Scheduler can be used to schedule the use of your vans.  This is just one example of scheduling equipment.

• An automatic school grade advancement feature that allows you to advance all school grades at the end of the school year. You can have Youth Track notify you to start the grade advancement based on how you set it up.  If you make a mistake, you can reverse the school grades as well.

• Multi-level Security allows you to restrict users from certain areas within Youth Track including your private Counseling information.

• Youth Track has a separate Youth Workers table that prioritizes preferred involvement.

• Youth Track will notify you at start-up of any upcoming physical birthdays, spiritual birthdays, class absenteeism, and upcoming counseling follow-ups. You can print the notification directly from the start-up notification screen.

• A comprehensive help system is built into the program. For those who prefer printed manuals, a User's Guide is available.

• The Reports Wizard has a large list of "canned" reports that can be run from the Reports Wizard and can be run within various screen in Youth Track.  You can preview and print the "canned" reports and also export them to Acrobat PDF format, HTML format, Excel, Word, Comma-Separated Values (CSV) text format, XML format.

• The Report Writer Wizard provides a way to create lists, labels, forms, charts, graphs, and barcodes.  Not only can you preview and print the report you create, you can export your report to Adoble PDF format, HTML format, Bitmap, JPEG, Rich Text Format (Word Format) and XML format.

• Automatic Microsoft Outlook synchronization from Youth Track. Microsoft Outlook is installed as one of the programs in Microsoft Office 97, 2000 and XP. Microsoft Outlook is an excellent personal information management and communication solution. Powerful new tools help you simplify e-mail communication, streamline group planning and scheduling, and access the information you need—all in one place. Another benefit of the Outlook Auto-Sync Tool is the ability to fully syncronize your Pocket PC or Palm contact data with Microsoft Outlook. Now you can synchronize your Youth Track data to your Pocket PC or Palm Handheld via Microsoft Outlook!

• Youth Track has an Import program that will allow you to import existing data from several different data sources including databases, spreadsheets, etc. There are even pre-defined templates for importing Youth Assistant or N-Spire data if you want to make the switch to Youth Track but don't want to re-enter all your data. See the following "Learn more about the Youth Track Import feature" for specifications and instructions.  NOTE: The Import feature is not available for 64-bit versions of the Windows operating system.

• Other features include tracking church and personal resources such as books, videos, etc.  You can also track when a resource is loaned out to an individual so you can keep track of all your resources are located.  You can also track resources of different companies and groups that offer services that can help you with planning large events.

• Several utilities exist within Youth Track including an Area Code Replacement Wizard, Field Replacement Wizard, Program Archive, Zip Code Builder, Advance School Grades, Person DeDuper Wizard and Reset Picture Locations in case you move your pictures to a different location.

• Youth Track is network ready and can be used on a single-user system or on a multi-user network. The Youth Track Network Setup program has been included to help you install Youth Track on your network.
