What does Ministry Tracking Software, Inc. do?  We have designed and developed a database software product called Youth Track.  So what does Youth Track do?  Youth Track provides you with a software tool to organize and manage your students, classes, events, attendance, contacts, ministry teams, resources and so much more.

Youth Track was developed in 1993 and has continued to evolve into not just a way to track your students, but also a way to track entire families.  Actually, Youth Track could be called Youth and Family Track when Youth Track was rewritten from the ground up in 2003.  This was when Youth Track version 6 was introduced which doubled in size to provide more features than previous versions.  Youth Track 6 continues to evolve today with more features being introduced on an ongoing basis. Until version 7 is released within the next couple of years, we will continue to add a few additional features to Youth Track 6.0 at no additional cost.  However, these additional features will be minimal since we will need to devote the time we have to Version 7.

 

Within the next couple of years we will have an upgrade available for Youth Track (version 7.0) where you can optionally upgrade for the "to be determined" upgrade price.  We are also looking at providing a new optional service called the Database Hosting Service where we host your Youth Track database on our server and take care of your database by performing backups, routine maintenance, uninterruptible power, etc.  It will be like having your own database administrator for a small monthly or quarterly fee. You will be able to access your database anywhere you have internet access. More on the Database Hosting Service as we get closer to the release date. 
Youth Track prices have been slashed during this down economy!

You can download the evaluation version of Youth Track 6.0 from our Downloads page which is the full product with a sample database included.  The sample database is one of many ways you can setup Youth Track to fit your ministry. The only restriction of the evaluation version is 25 names are allowed to be entered.  Even if you reach the maximum number of names, you can still run Youth Track. You just won't be able to enter more than 25 names in the database.  If you decide to purchase Youth Track, all you will have to do is enter the serial number we provide and it unlocks the software which removes the 25 name limit.  That is all you have to do.  You won't have to reinstall Youth Track or lose any of the data you've already setup in your database.  You just keep on going with the 25 name restriction removed.
